We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our dedication to customer satisfaction! To guarantee this, we allow a period of 7 days to return or exchange your purchase. Items are checked and sent in good condition with packaging.
Microfiber merchandise is guaranteed to not shrink or fade. Cotton T-Shirts can last longer with proper wash care as per instructions. Please get in touch with us for any defect for exchange or refund within 7 days after delivery. Refund will be processed within 14 working days AFTER we receive the defective items.
Didn't choose the correct size or color? No worries! We are happy to exchange* it for free, within 30 days!
*Our return and exchange policy for products that are consumable or involve hygienic use like sunblock, creams, gels, water bladders, water bottles, utensils, swimsuits, underwear, and the like will not be processed due to health and hygienic purposes.
This procedure is for users that have placed orders through the website and wish to be refunded for the amount they already paid. The form below is for E-Commerce customers to fill up with the necessary information, which will allow our team to understand your need for a refund and issue it accordingly. The complete processing of your refund (regardless of the mode of payment transfer selected) will take approximately 1-14 business days. However, refund processing time does not determine when the full amount will reflect in your account as we will make an online transfer. Further communication with your specific issuing bank may be necessary for complete information on said policies and timelines.
Please be informed that refunds are subject to observation and will not include the shipping fee paid in the delivery of your parcel.
*We highly recommend users who purchased any of our products in a physical office to return and request for a refund thereupon making an appointment.
HOW DO I PROCESS MY EXCHANGE?
Products bought in-store or online may request for return and exchange via shipping. The delivery fee for the reverse shipment will be borne by the customers, and the succeeding returns will be shouldered by us. Users who place their orders online but live close enough to our office in Setia Alam also have the option of visiting the office directly and request for an exchange there. This request will require you to bring the items with you to return to the store or have it exchanged. In the event that you wish to be refunded, kindly proceed to the last section of this page where you will find the “E-Commerce Refund Procedure”, which includes the refund form that is to be filled out.
